feeling unemployable, been 2 years already since
I was laid off. Should I remove employment dates from my resume?

I got so GD mad the other day I ripped my
resume apart. I had to take off a major company that was past 10 years my experience. I did a functional with no dates. I don't know what the hell they want anymore. My problem I have 30 years experience and it shows age. WTF

only go back like 15-20 years on your
resume, that why they wont know how old you are. I am having the same issues, btw

Use years only, not months
Employers will ask when you last worked, no since in removing dates. I do a bit of budgeting work for family friends. I included this on my latest resume as a part-time consulting business. I hope this helps me in the job search
